Drive Unit for Modular Plastic Chain Conveyors (X85)

The FlexLink X85 is a conveyor platform built around a modular plastic chain with a width of 85 mm, supported by an aluminium beam and a range of curves, drives, and accessories. The drive unit is the component that powers the chain, usually a motor with gearbox mounted at the end or at the middle of a conveyor section. Drive units are available in different power ratings and with options such as variable speed control, and they link to the chain through a sprocket. The system is modular, so layouts can be built and changed using standard parts.
