2264W…BP4 brushless DC motor series

The Faulhaber 2264 … BP4 series is a family of brushless DC servomotors with 4-pole technology and a 22 mm diameter. According to the Faulhaber data sheet the series delivers up to 133 W of output power and 59 mNm of continuous torque, which is high for a motor of this size. The W in the type code is followed by the rated voltage code, for example 2264W012BP4 for a 12 V winding. The motor has integrated Hall sensors for commutation and can be combined with Faulhaber encoders, planetary gearheads, and speed or motion controllers. High power density in a compact housing suits applications that are space limited: medical and laboratory devices, robot joints and grippers, pumps, and semiconductor handling.
