In-Sight 2000 series vision sensor

The In-Sight 2000 series is Cognex’s family of vision sensors for part presence, position checking, defect detection and counting. Camera, lens, lighting and processor sit in one compact unit, set up in the EasyBuilder interface with guided steps and no programming. Models include monochrome and color versions with pattern matching, edge, blob and color tools. Communication is by Ethernet with industrial protocols plus discrete I/O. It fills the gap between a photoelectric sensor and a full vision system, in packaging, electronics assembly and food and beverage.
