VISOR Allround vision sensor

The VISOR Allround is a vision sensor from SensoPart that combines a camera, illumination, lens and evaluation electronics in a single housing. It is available in several resolution and lens variants, including versions with wide-angle, standard and close-up optics, and the configuration is performed with the SensoConfig software or through a web-based interface. Typical functions include object detection, contour matching, position finding, colour checking, measurement and reading of one-dimensional and two-dimensional codes. The VISOR Allround provides digital outputs and Ethernet interfaces such as PROFINET, EtherNet/IP or TCP/IP, and sometimes Ethernet-based communication for transferring results to a PLC or robot controller. It is typically used for quality inspection and for robot guidance in assembly and packaging, where simple setup and moderate cost are important.
