Inspector P63x 2D vision sensor

The InspectorP63x is a family of 2D vision sensors from SICK. Camera, lens, integrated illumination and image processing sit in one housing, and the series is offered in several resolutions and focal lengths. Inspection programs are built in a graphical editor on a PC, using tools such as locating objects, checking presence, measuring distances and comparing patterns. Results are sent to a PLC or robot over Ethernet interfaces including PROFINET and EtherNet/IP and over digital I/O. Typical applications are quality inspection in electronics, automotive and packaging production, and simple robot guidance in assembly.
