LDR2 Series high-density LED ring light

The LDR2 series from CCS Inc. is a family of ring-shaped LED lights for machine vision. Light comes from a dense LED array in a circle around the camera lens, giving uniform lighting that reduces shadows and shows surface features. The series comes in several diameters, colors (white, red, blue, green, infrared) and irradiation angles. The compact housing has mounting holes, and the light is driven by an external constant-current controller, which also allows strobed operation for fast inspections. Typical uses are inspection of electronic components, PCBs, labels and food packaging.
